Open-source components of Spogty are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. The Spogty name, logo, and branding remain our exclusive property.
Spogty integrates with third-party services including Discord, MongoDB, and external APIs (such as meme APIs and trivia APIs). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by these third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
